The pleasure of the cappuccino

How it should be done
Espresso coffee, preferably 100% Arabica, with perfectly steamed milk without excess foam, only micro bubbles with a velvety consistency. the superficial aesthetic result must be flat. In bars it is served in a 150-160ml cup, I prefer the 200ml one, always in porcelain.
The milk must incorporate micro bubbles without being vaporous and uniformly mixed with the espresso grounds.
